Our equipment
In the whole house you can use WIFI for free. There is also a room for storking ski Equipment and hiking shoes, as well as a washing machine and a clothes dryer. 

Our holiday apartmens
All our Holiday flats are equipped with filter-coffe-machine, espresso-machine and Nespresso-machine as well. The bathrooms are staffed with hair dryer and cosmetic Mirror.

If you wish you can have Fresh bread every morning. (against payment)

You are bringing children?
We know the Needs of families and have equipped ourselves accordingly for example in the bathroom you can find stools and child WC-seats. Thats why we receive the Award  „Family Friendly Accommodation“.   If required we can rent you a baby-Buggy or even a Baby carrier backpack. If you need appropriate equippment please contact us.

information to the prices

• • our Prices are calculated for a Minimum stay of 7 days per day with an occupancy of 2 persons.
  • Short-stay supplement:. For stays of less than 7 days we charge a supplement of € 3.00 - 8.00 
  • not included is the use of the infrared cabin and the breakfast
  • The local tax of 1,75 € per Person and night (from 14 years) is not included and has to be paid on site  .
  • Reduction of Children: on demand
  • Pets are not allowed
  • arrival: The apartments are ready from 4 pm; if you arrive after 6 pm, please inform us by telephone

  • Departure: We ask you to vacate the apartment by 09.30 am

    late check out: on demand and with additional charge of 65 euro

    Infrared cabin: You are welcome to use our "Luis Trenker" infrared cabin, not included in the price.

    • A reservation is deemed to have been confirmed as soon as a deposit amounting to 30% of the holiday price is received.
    • Payment: The payment of your stay can be made either on cash or in advance by bank transfer. Please note that the cash limit in Italy from 01.01.2022 is max 999,00 euros

• "Family friendly accommodations".
  The accommodations have a rating of 3-4 balloons, depending on criteria fulfilled.

A booking is considered confirmed as soon as a deposit of 30% of the travel price has been received.

Cancellation and withdrawal
A cancellation is unpleasant - for you and for us! There is no right of withdrawal in terms of the consumer protection codex - nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions: 

In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be retained and credited for your next stay (valid within one year from the booked date).
 for cancellation between 29 and 14 days before the beginning of the holiday, 50% of the total cost of the booked apartment,
for cancellations 13 to 4 days before the start of the holiday 70 %,
in the event of cancellation from the 3rd day before the start of the holiday, non-arrival, late arrival or early departure, 100% will be charged.
