A northerly flow will bring cold but temporarily dry air masses into the Alpine region.

A few showers will still pass through from the north-west in the morning, with the snow line dropping to around 1500 m in places. Then the clouds will thin out and there will be widespread sunshine. Strong north wind at times.

The next evolution

On Wednesday, the weather will be mainly sunny with just a few harmless clouds in the sky. Low minimum temperatures, with maximum temperatures of up to 21°C. On Thursday, it will initially be a mix of sun and clouds. Showers will develop during the day. On Friday, the sky will be very cloudy or overcast with rain. The snow line will drop to altitudes below 1,500 m. On Saturday, the weather is expected to be changeable with fairly low temperatures.
